Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shrisai Film Creative, we are committed to delivering high-quality film, creative, and video production services. Since every project requires dedicated planning, time, manpower, and resources, our refund and cancellation guidelines are outlined below.

1. Project Fees & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit/advance payment may be required before starting any project.

• This deposit reserves your production slot, books creative resources, and begins pre-production activities.

2. Cancellation by Client

• If you cancel before pre-production work begins, a partial refund may be issued depending on how much preparation has already started.

• If you cancel after work has started (pre-production, scripting, shooting, editing, etc.), advance payments are non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise in the agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be offered under specific conditions:

• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case, based on the amount of work completed when the request is made.

• No refunds are provided for any digital or physical deliverables (raw footage, edited videos, designs, concepts, etc.) that have already been delivered or used.

• Payment gateway charges (Razorpay or others), currency conversion charges, or bank fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days, but bank settlement time may vary.

4. Client Abandonment

If a client remains unresponsive for 14 consecutive days after receiving deliverables or review requests:

• The project may be marked as completed or abandoned.

• No refunds will be provided.

• To receive final files, any pending dues must be cleared.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Any disagreements related to deliverables, refunds, or payments will be addressed through discussion and mutual understanding.

• If unresolved, the matter will be handled under Indian jurisdiction and applicable laws.
