1. Services

Shrisai Film Creative offers:

• Film production & videography

• Creative direction & scripting

• Video editing

• Content creation for digital platforms

• Photography services

• Promotional video & brand films

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide correct and complete information about your project requirements.

• You must respond to review requests, feedback, and deliverable approvals promptly.

• You shall own the rights to any content you provide to us (e.g., images, logos, scripts).

• You agree to make payments as per the agreed schedule.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed via Razorpay.

• A deposit or advance payment may be required before project work begins.

• Final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment (unless otherwise agreed).

• Prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Project Timeline

• Project timelines vary based on the scope (e.g., video length, complexity).

• Delays may happen due to client-side hold-ups (e.g., waiting for feedback). Such delays will impact the delivery schedule.

• We will always communicate timelines clearly in the proposal / contract.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content created by Shrisai Film Creative (videos, graphics, scripts) remains our property until full payment is received.

• After final payment, you are granted usage / distribution rights as per the agreement.

• We reserve the right to use segments of your project in our portfolio, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Shrisai Film Creative is not liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or any indirect / consequential damage.

• We are not responsible for third-party technology failures (hosting, plugins, cloud services) beyond our control.

7. Cancellation & Termination

• If you cancel before the start of work (and before the deposit is used), we may refund partially based on the work already done or resources allocated.

• If work has started and is in progress, advance payments are generally non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed).

• We reserve the right to terminate the project if payments are delayed or if there is serious non-cooperation from your side.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai , Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of our services means you accept those updated terms.
